About Jed Odoardi
Massachusetts resident Jed Odoardi began his career in the real estate industry as a certified appraiser of residential and income-generating properties with Commonwealth Valuation Group. When the real estate market began to decline during the economic downturn, Odoardi shifted his professional focus to a career in lending. He worked with South Shore Savings Bank as a commercial loan trainee and later joined Boston Private Bank & Trust Company as a commercial credit analyst. In this capacity, he was responsible for performing analyses of tax returns, appraisals, and guarantor financial statements to assess commercial borrowers. After four years, Jed Odoardi advanced to a position as a residential mortgage underwriter for the firm. In addition to underwriting large portfolio and secondary market mortgages in the greater Boston area, he has completed similar assignments for affiliate locations in California and Washington.
A business management graduate of Keene State College in New Hampshire, Jed Odoardi has many interests outside of his career. He has played guitar since his teen years and also enjoys cooking and weight lifting.
